Chatbots are everywhere. They are in Facebook messenger, Slack, Skype and also on Webpages. Conversational Agent / UI will be the one where most users will be. Hence its time for any customer facing company, retailer, bank to have an intelligent agent.
Microsoft has released Microsoft Bot Framework (Beta) to enable this. This framework provides the necessary APIs, Algorithms to achieve Natural Language Processing, Chat UI etc.
